Delekta & Delekta P.C. is a family practice law firm dedicated to providing our clients with quality legal counsel in a broad variety of legal matters. We are located in Memphis, Michigan. We’ve had the privilege of serving multiple generations of families and businesses local to the St. Clair, Macomb, Wayne, Oakland, Lapeer, Sanilac, Huron and Genesee counties.
After years of working in Detroit, Diane Hubel Delekta established Delekta & Delekta P.C. in 1994, specializing in probate, media and corporate law. Later, Diane was happy to have her son, Brian, follow her into a law career path and join her as a partner at Delekta & Delekta P.C.
Our firm now practices in the areas of labor and employment law, probate and estate planning (including wills and trusts), advising small to medium business, commercial collections, appeals, and real estate work. We always take a personalized approach to each of our clients, acknowledging and honored that we are trusted with matters both sensitive and unique.

Diane Hubel Delekta graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 1982. She was the Survey Editor on the school Law Review and published the article Merrill v. Federal Open Market Committee. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a newspaper reporter.
She has lived in the Memphis area since 1974 and in 1994, after practicing in Detroit for 12 years, opened the office in Memphis. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University in 1972. Diane also occasionally lectures for the National Business Institute. Her latest lecture was for the seminar titled the Probate Process from A to Z.
After founding the firm and more than 30 years in the legal profession, Diane Hubel Delekta, retired in 2023 and can now be found enjoying her retirement.

Brian Delekta graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2009. He was a member of the highly selective Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, one of the nation’s top trial practice programs.
Brian received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Lee’s Honors College.
He also received the Presidential Scholar Award, Western Michigan University’s most prestigious award.
